heya everyone!

i just got an easy question:

is amx mod x 0.16 fully supporting the dod1.0 retail player's
VALVEids?
(you know: VALVE_1:0:123456 etc.)

i set up all my dod-retail admins with passwords, but i'd like
just to use their authids to verify them.

can i use they VALVE_1:0:....... ids in the users.ini,
or will amxx just see them as VALVE_ID_LAN like clanmod
does?!

please answer to me, don't wnat to change it all without being sure that it works

too much work to post "not supported" or "supported", eh?

tried it and VALVE_IDs are NOT supported.

well maybe because it is STEAM_ID and not VALVE_ID =/

what is the difference anyways

you only got VALVE_IDs on WON with Day of Defeat Retail version.

but they're behaving similar to steamIDs, just that it's not
"STEAM_ID_PENDING" when they are verified, it's
"VALVE_ID_LAN".

never had an admintool that really supported VALVEids as login
for admins.
