Sourcebans 1.4.11 Not adding admins but adding groups.

Hey, my sourcebans is adding the groups to the server's admin_group.cfg
but the admin.cfg remains un edited. does anyone know a fix for this?
I would appreciate any help , thanks!

Was this problem ever fixed? If not then delete your current admins.cfg file and allow sourcebans an attempt at creating it. There could be a permissions problem stopping sourcebans from editing the current admins.cfg file and this should fix that.

SourceBans does NOT use files, but MySQL database as storage engine. The files that the 1.4.x branch of SourceBans is creating is BACKUP FILES. They will NEVER be used if your MySQL server works properly.

If your MySQL server is constantly down, go switch to a better provider.
