Maybe use a ini file so people can add commands in making it so you dont have to offer a crapload of support.

such as
"CVAR" "REGISTERED INGAME NAME/CMD"
"rd_kick "/kick" "name"

Registering the above as const variables is pretty pointless if they are only used in plugin_init.
