Since the last Update...

 - All servers now enter hibernation state when they are empty and have no remaining work, which informs commands such as sv_shutdown

TF Servers are finally hibernating when empty, but how to let the bots rejoin after the server kickt them or disable the bot kicking?
The following CS:GO Commands wont do it

sv_hibernate_when_empty
sv_hibernate_postgame_delay

Use tf_allow_server_hibernation
