Ive already been playing around with SP for some time now, however out of nowhere im not able to connect to my local server. When I try connecting through the community server window (LAN tab), it shows the loading screen, the loading bar jumps to 100% and I go back to my main window. When connecting via 'connect localhost' in console, I can see its retrying to connect to the server and then throws a message "Couldnt connect after 30 retries.".

What I tried:

• Reinstalling CSGO dedic. server
• launch options +clientport ...
• Messing around with the start.bat file
• Disabling firewall

The thing is that it worked perfectly fine yesterday and Im not sure where to be looking for issues.

Anyone here had a similar issue or got any knowledge of what could be the issue here?

Are you running both server and client within the same operating environment or do you try to connect from another device which is in the same network?

Launching server on the same PC where Im trying to connect. I worked like this before but suddenly it doesnt work.

From some reason when I launch the server, try connecting, the IP in the console doesnt match the IP in the server console ("Public IP is ...."). I tried logging in thru the mentioned community server browser, 'connect localhost' in console and 'connect <IP from server console>'

You have to specify port.
Also, try specify your local ip.
