hi . I want to download sm 1.5.3 but i cant access download site... pls can someone give me a link from out sourcemod ?

I just tried all the Windows downloads, every single one worked just fine. What error are you getting?

We don't block any countries. If you can access the forum you should be able to access sourcemod.net.
