using same as you and it works for me. Make sure its in the plugins folder and spelt correctly and exactly in plugins.ini

If I set awp_turn_spawns to "0" does it turn Plugin Off

awp_turn_spawns 0 //- 0=Don't turn spawns. 1=Turn spawns to look away from each other. 2=Turn spawns to look towards each other. (awp_map ONLY)

These Plugin Working But Its Affecting All the MAPS if i Enable this
awp_spawn_with_awp 1

I'm running into a problem with your plugin it works perfectly when the server changes to a awp map but when it turns off freezetime it stays at 0 even when the maps changed to something other than a awp map is there any way for you to add a feature so the plugin would restore the original freezetime (or one handled by it's own cvar) when there's another map ?

just set it to not modifying freezetime and then create a custom map config for each awp map you want mp_freezetime 0 on
