Seems to be broken with the newest update, no error in log though, just not giving players infinite ammo.

I have this problem too.
I use ( SourceMod v1.11.0.6775 )

The infiniti ammo menu does not open to choose the player that will be enabled.

But using these commands you can enable for yourself:

bind " " "l4d2_iammo @me 1"
bind " " "l4d2_iammo @me 0"

This started after the latest ads updates.

Well, in my case I found out what was causing the error.
It was the plugin: l4d_CreateSurvivorBot.smx

It is used together with multilosts, for those who want to create bots.
But he is the culprit, at least in my case.
