cant, unless you find some one who wants to try and make a tf2items extension for csgo. They are like stickers for weapons, except they are applied when ever the player takes out the weapon.

some1 said you can delete the valve official gloves from items.txt and then it should work
i tried it but sometimes i still see overlapping arms

Today´s update seems that fixed the bug with gloves
