I hosted a FASTDL server on same machine with my deathmatch server. But when I check the file downloaded it shown only 1KB.

I previously hosted on 000webhostapp and file downloading is fine. I can download directly from FASTDL url just fine and all files were fine. Did I do anything wrong?

I see that somehow apache redirects to that folder, dont know if Source FastDL redirect is allowed, because when you go in materials/decals/custom/shabitv/ and whanna download a file , down at the bottom page of web browser you see the actuall direct link.
Your domain is just a redirect, add a (A) record, and remove alias from Apache, so that direct domain download is allowed, instead of alias create a virtual host file for fastdl.
