Your server is not updated. You have to use steamCMD to update it, not hldsupdatetool.

Well, my host updated the server for like 2 days ago, and that didnt solve it. So how should it solve it now?

If your last post with your rcon version is correct, then your host did not update. If the server is fully updated using SteamCMD, the issue should be resolved. After you verify that you have the latest version, if the problem still persists, then it is most likely caused by another plugin interfering with that one, which means you should try removing all 3rd party plugins and then testing them 1 by 1 to see which is causing the problem.

Also, if you continue to bump your posts, and whine when you don't get the answer you are looking for, nobody will help you. Wait 14 days to bump, use the edit button instead of double posting, and be patient.

OK. I can prove it ;) cus it is working now because i disabled gameme plugin. there, i just proved it. nothing to do about updates!!

Lol our stats plugin works just fine with gungame enabled on my server. So you fixed nothing. But you clearly have some other issues that are not plugin related, so best of luck with that...lol
