ugh, I couldnt get either one to work.. I have no idea what Im doing wrong. :/

if i want that when admin write in chat !tsay and right after that the text he want to "tsay" (also more than one word) it will print the text as tsay, how what shoud i write in .ini file?
example: "!tsay high ping players are not allowed in this server" will print as tsay the text comes after "!tsay".
and one more question, the access to the commands are limited by what? if i do !tsay command, everybody could do a tsay or only people who have a match access level?

someone can make a modification so wt i tipe in console would work too
like that:
i type in my console: "comand1 +hp"
and i have in my saycommands file this line:
"comand1" "amx_execclient player"
then, when i type "comand1" in my console it will execute "amx_execclient player +hp"

know what i mean?

Hello. I have a problem with the plugin. I have about 25 say commands in saycommands.ini but only the first 8 or so are working. Any ideea why?
