It was not necessity yet. I know only one server running this plugin and if you need a multilangual, I would make it in next version.

Version 1.3 released.

Now you can disable player start/stop function, so only admins will be able to start NS Pro. Set sv_nsp_startvotes/stopvotes to -1.
By default mp_countdowntime is 0.1 and it was in plugin but now it's changing this cvar to 0.33 or 20 seconds. It gives more time for aliens to define tactics depanding on main hive.
And the last update: if there are 6 players in both teams when starting NS Pro they will be registered and countdown will be started. You don't need to vote for both team commanders and choose members
