i want to make a sub plugin for gungame
but I dont know how to get the leader`s ID
can you help me plz ?

Right now there is no easy way. You would have to use callfunc to query get_player_info for all of the players, and then sort out the leader yourself. The plugin in the thread that Mordekay linked can show you how to use the callfunc.
