Its, a plug in where it tricks the server into showing x # of people on a server. Even when there is no one. I saw the plug in on 1 of Free Frags servers

Why would you want that? also there is a search option on the forum, just search keywords.

Because, ie, it would show 22/24 slots taken, so people tend more to go to servers that have more people, so it gets the game started faster so the server doesn't sit idle most of the day

This is related to what we call Fake Clients, this sucks balls, as people joining see it's empty, leave in the second they joined.

Dont think your server will run easier with this. The best thing you can have is friend and regular players to play with.

Added to that the serverbrowser's blacklist feature. (at least on TF2)
