Updated the plugin to version 1.0.7.
The plugin is now working in every gamemode and in coop/realism/survival the survivor will see the status even if the cvar is set to "only infected", except the display is disabled.

I'm guessing (also from a glance at the code) that this doesn't support multi-tanks. I know there is at least one points in vanilla L4D2 that this happens.

Yeah, it will only show one of the tanks health at the swamp final. The hint text field is too small.
A panel would give enough space, but admins couldn't use the sourcemod admin panel anymore.

At the moment there is a little bug, where coop tanks will be displayed before they actually attack (they are spawned, but are waiting for the survivors).

So if one of the tanks dies, will the second appear in the hint text right after?

can you make it so that when the finale ends the tank hud dissapears? it keeps blinking there until the credits show

For multitanks; Can you change it so that it will always show status of the tank you are shooting / shot last?

EDIT: So far I like DieTeetasse's plugin best. I tried Chanz' HealtDisplay; installed config extension, uploaded his plugin, modified healthdisplay.conf to show only tanks health. But instead it didn't show any tanks health. First thing I didn't like. In round two a menu showed asking if health should be displayed. I pressed yes and it showed every infected's health. Second thing I didn't like. So, I'm leaning towards using DieTeetasse's version, as soon as multitanks support is added.
