Is sourcemod admins not working anymore or am i Just entering something wrong?

trying to give admin on sourcemod and i seriously dont see what I am doing incorrectly here.

using the admins_simple.ini file

ive tried these formats

Try adding to the admins.cfg like this.

still. after restarting the server and verifying that everything is uploaded correctly too

Try doing sm_reloadadmins in Server console.

And also bind a key to sm_admin so you only have to hit the key in game to make it easier for you.

bind "n" "sm_admin"

The most common problem Ive seen is using notepad to add the admins and ending up with admins_simple.ini.txt
I would make sure somehow the file wasn't changed into a text

I was thinking the same thing as Bacardi, if you have no permissions/groups setup in sourcebans it will "blank it" So you need to login to console to gain access (you may know this already, just bear with me.) enter console>type rcon_password yourpassword
>then type rcon sm plugins list as stated above. And paste the list in the thread.
