Here is what I think would be an epic balancer.

1. Have options who to switch.
-most recent person to join the team
-person with a score closest to the median
-random
-some complicated algorithim that chooses someone based on all sorts of crap

2. when
-on death
-on round/miniround end
-when teams go uneven
-when one team is totally annihilating another

3. immune
-admins
-engineers with sentries up
-people with reskick protection

4. prevention
- don't allow someone to rejoin a team they were balanced off of 10 minutes after they get balanced off it (a lot of people just go spec, and wait for a slot on their original team after they get auto'd)


I am begging someone to make this, especially with the spectate-wait-rejoin blocking
