Hello,

Half of my server's players got their XP erased. I didn't get any message error when this happened and a i can't figure out what is the problem ?

It's like: people who weren't in the server when the bug happened got the erased XP.

I'm using:

#define SAVE_METHOD 2 //Saves XP to superhero nVault (default)

Is MySQL safest than nVault?

It's happenned at two times to one of my friend in 2-3 years.

The only thing you can do is often save a copy of your vault on your computer.

In case of vault crash, you can go back xp erased with your saved file.

I'm changing for MySQL. Do you know if MySQL is safer than nvault?

If you use mysql you need to have a mysql database on the web. You usually get this when you but a domain at a website hoster.

What is your sh_xpsavedays set to?

MySQL is the safest, however you may experience lag spikes when it saves at round ends.

Now i'm using MySQL with: sh_endroundsave 0 and sh_loadimmediate 0
and the only time that it laged was when the server opened again and 20 players rushed to it

Please be aware with sh_endroundsave at 0, saving only occurs at map change. Which is fine and you will not have lag this way, but if the server crashes before the map changes the xp gained for that map will be lost.

OMG that happend to me like 50 times..

It is still happening I swear.. I got reseted NOW and I'm not host but he has done all good but when on a map I go quit.. When I come back... lvl 0... After 5 hours.. I'm back to level 17....

Perhaps its your fucked multiprotocol server running a metamod plugin that allows non-steamers to play...
