Would it be possible to make TKers recieve the damage they give to their teamates with a server mod?

So if a TKer shoots a friendly in the leg and does 12 damage, the other person will be unhurt and the TKer would take the damage instead.

I would really like for this to be in. I hate it when people TA but since they didn't kill them they get away scott free

This was an option in ATAC (half-life-based games), so i guess it will be able to do in half-life 2 based games to ;)
