That should only be an example (the database.cfg) thats my mistake. You just have to enter a database when installing SteamBot, not anymore.

And for me on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS ( hosted vps ), the bot still goes offline after 1~3 Days

Logs ? Crash ?

Also, I dislike this system because :
1) I don't have a stable server to do API key validation.
2) I wan't to create a restrictions-free bot (at least, no additional restrictions from me)
3) Anyone a bit bright would remove the API key system it's open-source.

hi, the steambot isnt connecting to the announce plugin. steambot modules for sourcemod are installed already. In steambot console it says

[ASteambot - Core] - Attempt to connect to (ip here)
[ASteambot - Core] - Attempt to connect to (ip here)
[ASteambot - Core] - Attempt to connect to (ip here)

and also sent some kind of EOF message.

testtcp successfully sends packets to 1 connected server (which is correct)

1) Start ASteambot
2) Reload ASteambot Core (sm plugins reload ASteambot_Core)

Give me the output, is there any error ?
