We are working on a project that requires a decent amount of coding. I need an anti-cheat client for CS 1.6. If anyone is willing to take the job reply on the forum and we will talk about pay, etc.

You can try CleanDoD (http://www.cleandod.com.br/) it'll have CS1.6 server plugin soon.
