Improved version of plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2684792

Now it shows how many wins the player has and the percentage of wins.

Shows game gestures of players (rock, paper, scissors).
And makes it so that during PvP, players from the same team still die if they lose)
All data is stored in cookies.
