Any one can explain how to use notepad++ as default .sma editor ? to install amxx syntax xD ?

I have mine set up to do everthing relative. So, when I'm in my scripting folder it uses amxxpc.exe from that folder. Then, I have it output the file to the plugins folder (/amxmodx/plugins/).

This is awesome in my opinion because I can do work on several of my servers with one command. Then all I have to do is type "restart" in console and the new plugin is loaded. It's very quick.

I also do this for my linux server (I have the directory mapped on my LAN). Although, I had to put the Windows executables on the linux box lol .

You can specify C++ syntax highlighting and it will get the majority of the code; of course amxmodx stocks and what-not will not be highlighted.
