Hey,
I know SMAC is a thing.

Is there a anti client what I setup so that users must have it running inorder to connect to a server?

As far as I know there are none that are being publicly distributed. The reason this isn't a very popular path is that it will most likely deter players from joining the servers.

I really wish this was a thing. I know that SMAC doesn’t detect a lot of features on modern multi-hack tools. I was so upset I even sent a message to ESEA to see if they would release their anti-cheat tool that’s part server-side, part client-side.

I personally would like to see more intrusive anti-cheat software to deter scumbag cheaters who get by using paid cheats.
