just a small edit.
Autogenerate a config file cfg/sourcemod/kento_touchdown_credits.cfg after first startup with two convars:

sm_touchdown_credits_goal - How many credits for touchdown? 0 - disabled. Default 50
sm_touchdown_credits_kill - How many credits for killing ballholder? 0 - disabled. Default 10
