How do I stop my Left 4 Dead 2 server from disconnect shutdowns?

I have in my server.cfg:

sm_cvar sb_all_bot_game 1

To prevent "Server Shutting Down" from either the survivors ragequitting or the infected. However, I have the following problems:

When I complete a round on human and it reaches the scoreboard, it kicks me from the server instead of swapping teams.
When I come back after getting kicked, the map has no weapons, medpacks, auxiliary, etc.
When I complete a round on infected, whether the survivors make it to the safe room or we kill them, it does not switch teams, and no scoreboard appears.

How can I fix these problems?

are you running the server on linux or windows?

hi maybe a plugin conflict what shows in your error logs? or attach here so someone can help
also maybe posting your plugins that you are using.

Completely vanilla installation of SourceMod.

its sounds very strange maybe try installing the latest snapshot of sourcemod then trying your game again
