Fart Mod?

Yes, i got one of my weird days. And got this weird idea..! A FART MOD!
Well. The idea means, that an admin can say: /fart *name* (Or player can say /fart to fart) and then in a hud message: "OMG! *name* just farted! It's smell so bad.. Kill *name*!!. Maybe there could be a fart sound?

These kinds of plugins are not allowed on AMXX and never will be allowed on AMXX, nor Pissmod.

It's true they aren't allowed to be released but yes it is possible, and someone might be willing to make it for you (not me) if you contact them via PM or IM.
