v_(weapon)_r.mdl » Files ending with _r are relics from previous versions of CS, and are not used by CS1.6. Don't copy them into your models directory when installing, as they simply waste space and make the folder more cluttered.

Kenshin doesn't have a model. I think someone suggested to make a model with it.

Does it really f'in matter, Kenshin by default does not use a model (thank god). Someone requested a knife model so someone made a version with a model. Which yes was posted before this ripped hero, but does that matter...

Also cause I assume you think these people are making them, none of the models so far have been made by anyone here. All models are downloaded from some model site, and are coded into the heroes so they use the model as a replacement.
