[L4D/L4D2] Incapped Grenade (Pipe/Molotov/Vomitjar)

Description:
The plugin allow throw a pipebomb/molotov/vomitjar while the player is incapacitated (use MOUSE2).

Installation:
1. Download the "l4d_incapped_grenade.smx" and put into your "addons\sourcemod\plugins" directory.
2. Download the "translations.zip" and extract into your "addons\sourcemod" directory.
If plugin crash the server try another SourceMod build (1.3.2, 1.4.0 or other).
Cvars:
l4d_incapped_pipebomb_speed - pipebomb speed (default: 600.0).
l4d_incapped_pipebomb_duration - pipebomb duration (default: 6.0).
l4d_incapped_molotov_speed - molotov speed (default: 700.0).
l4d_incapped_vomitjar_speed - vomitjar speed (default: 700.0).
l4d_incapped_vomitjar_duration - vomitjar duration (default: 15.0).
l4d_incapped_vomitjar_glowduration - vomitjar glow duration (default: 20.0).
l4d_incapped_vomitjar_radius - vomitjar radius (default: 110.0).
l4d_incapped_message_type - message type (0 - disable, 1 - chat, 2 - hint, 3 - instructor hint) (default: 3)
