I have a whole lot of mistakes in my console and I need help to solve some of them.
Then I thought immediately of any then know little. ^
If in the know some of these errors will be displayed would then like to write the solution so I can get sorted problems because my server crashes every 20 minutes or something ... when there are 25 + online

Oh jeez xD Well then, first of all you have your admins_group.cfg file set up incorrectly. Make sure you have all proper formatting, each { must have a partner } , make sure the group is correctly named "Admin", etc. As for the plugin errors I would first update MM, SM, and plugin versions, along with any extensions needed to run them.
