Not sure my title is very descriptive, but what I'm looking for is a way for certain level admins to be able to stay on the CSGO server and not get kicked for being spectator too long. There's probably already a plugin for this, but I haven't been able to find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Set mp_autokick 0 and instead use an afk-managing plugin that supports command access (admin/donor immunities). I don't know of one off-hand, though.

I've had good luck with Rothgar's AFK Manager, and I belive with the cvar sm_afk_admins_flag it will do what you ask..
