So i have opened ports in my router, updated HLDS etc.. i get this error:

"Could not establish connection to steam servers"

i have tried added -master in line etc...

Startup line look like this: C:\HLDS\Server\hlds.exe "-console -master -sv_lan 0 -game cstrike +maxplayers 24 +map de_dust2 +exec "server.cfg" -tickrate 100 -port 27015

it seems like i can connect to IP: 84.212.143.136:27015 now, and when i type "status" in console i get STEAM_IDPENDING

EDIT: i get this in console on server:

EDIT2: People can join if they type my ip in console like: connect MYIP, but it says not connected to steam3 how to fix this? Also they have very high ping and lagg..

no masters loaded
using default master (still people and I can connect to server tho)
Also im running superheromod and the xp wont load it just keep saying loading next round...

But still cannot establish connection to steam??


EDIT: This is my startup lines: C:\HLDS\hlds.exe " -console -game cstrike +maxplayers 24 +map de_dust2 -pingboost 2"

Could something be wrong with them?

Also i get this error in console:
"couldn't exec config.cfg" & "couldn't exec language.cfg"

How to fix this?

i've fixed it, i just reinstalled the HLDS, and i figured out my server was non-steam, now its steam again thank for the replies tho
