Something is wrong with metaplugins.ini

Alright, so I am knew here i have looked everywhere and tried EVERYTHING! to get this to work but i simply can't I have look on the wiki's posted on other forums and just decided to come here with the real people. So I narrowed the problem down to one simple thing.

So i type in "Meta Version" and get this (this is in HLSW by the way)

So meta mod is installed correctly apparently so i started to add Source Mod and put the line.

addons/sourcemod/bin/sourcemod_mm

into the metaplugins.ini and than it should all work correctly right? I have all the files in the correct places and all that crap but i simply can't get it to work. When i type "Meta List" I get this in console.

Now when i take all traces of meta mod some how adding Sourcemod into it's plugin, i get this.

Could someone please help really need this!

Also this is for the mod Zombie Master. (my steam name is Miles202 if you want to talk about it)

Apparently i have 2 errors now lol

here is the stuff i got from your idea above.

Is it a problem since i don't have that file in that folder? I don't think it came with one?

Alright i fixed the mani admin thing it was just from a last set up i had.

Alright so i found the file that it says that is not loading and put it in that folder and it still doesn't work.

Alright well i looked at it more and i did meta load than than the file name and this is what happens.

How would i make it work...?

"Resource temporarily unavailable" is weird. Is the file locked or inaccessible? Is it corrupt?
