Well Monster mod would be really cool i remember when monster mod was @ cs 1.6, anyway i tested the "Smod" and in there you can spawn monsters in HL2 missions, and get points for killing them and conf they HP, dmg , it is really cool

is there anyone who is so skilled to make this mod?

Very neat-- any chance you'll have console commands that will spawn a particular mob? This could be very handy for people writing .cfg files to coordinate this.
