how do i disable the annoying guntoss sound?

Hi guys bit of a problem, did everything correct, and did the automatic upload. I have SDKHooks 2.2 and Sourcemod 1.5.0+. First time I uploaded server wouldnt work it just kept crashing so wiped my server, and re did it, now its online but when I try to join I stick @ the loading screen, atleast I think I am. The loading bar when I join doesn't appear where it says "Initializing" etc doesn't show up. But when I open my console it says the following,

Connecting to public(server ip) ...
Server using 'public' lobbies, requiring pw no, lobby id ffffffffffffffff
Connecting to public(server ip) ...
Server using 'public' lobbies, requiring pw no, lobby id ffffffffffffffff
Connected to server ip

and I can wait and wait and ill just sit at the loading screen with no loading bar.

any idea????
PS. kind of new to doing all this so I am a newb trying to learn.

please guys,

when you throw ur deagle it makes an annoying beep sound,(wich continues until the end of the LR) its not in the sound folder and i got no idea how to remove it. please give me a heads up on this one?

its 237 pages, and i google how to remove the guntoss sound from sm_hosties.

there is no results. can someone please say how? you toss ur gun and u hear this beep sound spamming over and over.
