yeah so i download the whole pack from here http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=31012 and i click the FTP installation when it says Host: what do you put in there again. Also do you have to turn off your server before doing this.

Put in your hostname for FTP. Usually an IP when it's a game server host.

The FTP info when you purchased your server.

okay when i type in all the stuff for FTP installation and type in connect it says"The host refused the connection.Check your port and try again."

naw i figure out how to install now i just installed it now i just need to figure out how to make myself admin
