Check in Ham_TakeDamage & Ham_TraceAttack forward in ZP main code and delete this:

No! g_nodamage variable basically indicates whether a player has taken zombie madness or not, if you remove it then zombie madness would become useless as zombies will still get damage after taking it, what yokomo said is right.
