So, this just lets you have a /kill command, a long chat command and gives you stats?

This wouldn't be helpful at all, since in a real scrim or match AMXX is turned off. And therefore turning this plugin off.

Good job though.

Wrong the command isnt long,
And the Suicide plugin makes it so you CANT suicide aka type kill in console. and no not 99% of the time people turn AMXX off in scrims.

In a REAL scrim AMXX is turned off. Or at least scrims I play...

And my bad, didn't read the "blocked" part.

So what does the messageclan command do exactly?

You can set it so people with your tag only can see eachothers chat. i will add clan_pass -Put Clan Password To Enable Clan Chat.
clan_enable_cc - enables / disables clan chat enabled chat means only the person with the password in and enabled people can see it.
