So in the following months i've seen a few people type like !crash or !shutdown in console and automatically they would say "server crashing in 5 seconds" and they actually crash the server. Wasnt able figure out how the hell they did this but im guessing its a command flood to crash srcds? I dont have any plugin that does !crash or !shutdown so cant be a plugin of mine.
Any ideas?

I've seen that before along time ago, it was originally a glitch in the engine that caused server crashes... don't remember how though. Probably a bad entity or a bad property to add to an entity, etc.

Have you got Accelerator installed and can link us to one of those crashes?

I never set that up for that specific server, ill do this now and wait til the attack occurs again, somewhat.
