includes TF2_IgnitePlayer native).

I get error textures for all nades. Materials/models dirs are on both my game server and download server (tf/models and tf/materials on download server, same place as "maps" directory, I assume that's correct), and sv_pure is 0. Also tried adding to whitelist. Any ideas?

Occasionally (usually the first player connected after starting the server), I get this in my logs:

L 08/27/2008 - 126:45: World triggered "Round_Start"
L 08/27/2008 - 126:45: [SM] Native "TriggerTimer" reported: Invalid timer handle 1f601ca (error 3)
L 08/27/2008 - 126:45: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "ztf2nades.smx":

Also, can you add a global enable/disable cvar?

All my nades are error models.

I even have them in my steam tf2 folder.

I absolutely love this mod, and was surprised at the positive response it's gotten from the random pub players who drifted into my server while testing it out. Awesome work!

I think the only real improvements I can think of would be in the sounds and effects department. Explosions are sometimes hard to hear or fall off quickly with distance, and of course the pain sound issue is already known. I'd like to have sounds that differentiate the nade types a bit better, but that's optional and would add more to the download. If you could add a prime beep and a scrape/bounce sound for the grenades hitting surfaces that would be awesome.

Effects wise some of the explosions are barely noticeable, particularly the conc and napalm. New effects are icing on the cake really.

Amazing job man, really looking forward to seeing what else you add in future versions!

P.S. - What's the max value for the conc force cvar? I set it to 1250 once and it broke the grenade entirely, freezing you in mid air and dropping you like a rock. 950 works like a charm, however.

*edit* To those seeing errors, double check the Multiplayer tab in Options in TF2. If you have the game set to deny all custom content it will block the nades and any other model or skin. I had this problem with Companion Cube Soccer as well, might be the cause if all else fails!

*second edit* Is it just my server, or are grenades not available in Arena mode? "Grenades are not available at this time"

I have "allow custom files from all servers" set in my client.

My server crashes as well when a client connects. Windows server FYI lates snap shot version as well

I re read the install page again, where would you DL an older version of snapshot if you just started using snap shot now?

I'd wait a bit, see what we find out about the crash from the SM team first.
