Yeah I did and tried that plugin by Visor but it had crashes, I cannot program myself but I have an idea how it works just no idea how to implement it.

How about Block F2P from using some Commands like !joinblu since they're not worth to do it

You probably need to use the overrides system (custom admin flag maybe?) for that, or modify the plugin itself to return Plugin_Handled if someone is F2P (dunno how to check for that without admin flags though).

You can look at this plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=143410 and see how psychonic gave custom admin flags to people who join who are steam group members.

Overrides can be used without granting any permissions, just create an admin group with only an overrides section and assign them to that group.
