ya my bro got screwed over with them, they were doing a location transfer, which it took them umm... maybe 2 - 3 weeks before his server was put back up, then, he asked for some $$ back for the downtime, it never came... his clan leader also bitched to them about it, and i also did, im banned from the channel btw (pretty happy bout it ), but ya, the support i saw was horrid, and i only saw my bro talking/bitching bout it for maybe 10 min, and i have a 30 min convo, which resulted in me being banned from their irc channel ^_^
