Force team pick on connect

I need force team pick on connect. Some players didn't press next on server message screen and they are occupy slots. Thanks!

Sounds more like you need an AFK manager, so those people will be kicked instead of just assigned a team?

Like that but I didn't want it. Some players didn't press next on server message screen. I want auto pick after xxx seconds when player join server.
