Noclip & Godmode are now working. Some suggestions :

- add at godmode and noclip ON and OFF after the name, like :
Godmode : ON (when it's activated) and Godmode : OFF (when it's disabled)
- you should add free hook for everyone, it's much more easier and faster to go with hook than with noclip.

Well the thing is i'm not so good at scripting. So i really dont know how to do that. This is my first plugin which i think is easy to make.
