Well not exactly impossible. It can be done through slowhacking if I'm not wrong but thats not legal or ethical.

Actually, it is impossible. You cannot detect the specific key a user presses. If it is bound to a specific command, you are detecting that command being ran, not the key being pressed. For all you know, the user is executing that command in his console.

Yes we can only detect the comand being run but a year ago I played on a server which had a anti cheat plugin which detected the keys being pressed. It forcibly binded fake comands to the general cheat keys such as INS, DEL, END, etc and when those keys were pressed it detected the comands and kicked the player.
