New Rule for the topics in the forum..

Hi all, i have this suggestion about the topic titles. I see titles like "I need plugin", "request for plugin" "i need this" i thought that this forum was more professional.. This rule should be put to motion:

When posting, the title must describe your issue.
- For instance when one needs plugin for no reload instead of "need plugin"....... should be "[Req] I need plugin for no reload for the weapons"
I dod't think i must describe the importance of that.. i think..

Well i see all these topics, that have nothing what so ever to do with that rules and i just assumed, there isn't such rule.. New forum moderators than..

Many of these topics has been locked or users have edited the title. Older users usually ignore that kind of topic anyways.

Also there aren't enough active moderators or potential new moderators. Even if we had, it would need a lot of work to go trough all those topics and who has the motivation to do that every single day? :S
