Info:

Plugin that enables godmode for Seekers while countdown. (Seekers can't get killed before countdown ends)

Compatiblity : HideNSeek by Exolent.

hns_protect_msg - Show hudmessages? (1 = enabled 0 = disabled)
hns_protect_color_r - Glow's red color (0 - 255)
hns_protect_color_g - Glow's green color (0 - 255)
hns_protect_color_b - Glow's blue color (0 - 255)

Use pcvar and also simply use set_user_godmode() and set_user_rendering() instead of the fm_*() function you use.

Then ask the orginal Spawn Kill protection to add:

cvar_exists
-> If Yes: use Hns cvar

This is redundant and cannot be approved. There are other plugins which do the job equally or better.
