The maker of the map made that because he was going to make it a part of the map, but then decided not to. He was just too lazy to remove it.

Actually I happen to know the creator of this map (L33F3R) and use to run a zombie server with him.

That part of the map was made as a joke, for admins only who could noclip in there. The room has low gravity, and thats about it. It has no real purpose.

So to OP's original question about getting in there without cheats/plugins. No, you cannot get there without noclip.

i think it isn`t a secret room. IF this is the map I think it is, its a duct, from a wall in the yard to a hole, in the downer part of the author`s name.
