Can anyone help with the director_afk_timeout for left 4 dead? I've tried putting in the command "sm_cvar director_afk_timeout 45" in the server_startup.cfg and in the server_shared_convar.cfg files, but nothing happens in the game. Am I supposed to put the command somewhere else or does this cvar no longer work?

I prefer this one because the afk manager plugins don't move an idle player to spectator if they're in the survivor is in the saferoom.
